I've shopped with this company a bunch of times and spent quite a bit of cash. I got a gift for my mom for Christmas, but sadly, she's been feeling pretty unwell lately, so we figured she wouldn't be using the sealed and untouched item. I reached out to return it within the 30-day window mentioned on their site, but they shot back an email that was quite rude, saying they don’t do refunds for anything that leaves their warehouse! Even if it’s still in its original packaging and hasn’t been touched! So just a heads up, this isn’t mentioned anywhere on their website. In this day and age, it’s ridiculous that you can’t return an unused item, especially when it’s a gift for someone! Their communication is awful, but they sure are quick to take your money! I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

I bought this item and ended up having an allergic reaction. They won’t refund me and instead offered store credit—what’s the point of that? It feels like they’re just taking your money, fully aware you won’t use it!
